High-demand wedding dates between April and October fill up quickly. Booking at least 9-12 months in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and guarantee a personalized planning experience.
A signed digital contract and a non-refundable retainer officially lock in your date, that retainer is what takes your date off the calendar for everyone else. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. No surprise fees, no day-of invoicing.
The retainer is non-refundable in all cases, since it covers the planning work and the dates I turn away once you're booked. If your event is canceled due to circumstances beyond anyone's control (weather, venue closure, and similar) you'll receive 100% of your remaining balance back if canceled at least 6 months out, or 50% if canceled within 6 months of the date. I'll always walk through your options with you personally before anything is finalized.
Happens more often than you'd think, and I'm always glad to stay. Overtime is $200 per hour, arranged in the moment when you decide you're not ready for the night to end. Just confirm with your venue that they can extend as well.
You have total control over the direction. You'll get 10 must-play songs, a 50-song "play if possible" list, 10 selections each for cocktail hour and dinner, and up to 10 do-not-play songs. If a track is on your do-not-play list, it doesn't get played even if a guest requests it. I handle the sequencing to protect the energy on the floor, but the material is entirely yours.
All music lists and your completed planning form are due 21 days before your wedding. That window is what lets me build your night properly, sourcing every track, mapping the transitions, and syncing your timeline with your photographer and venue instead of improvising on the day.
I take them, and I filter them. Requests that fit your vision and the room's energy get worked in seamlessly. Anything on your do-not-play list or that would kill the momentum doesn't get played, and I'm happy to be the one who says no so you don't have to.

No. From the moment your guests walk in to the last song of the night, the music runs continuously. I plan my setup, food, and everything else around never leaving the booth unattended during your event.
Yes I carry full liability insurance and can send a certificate directly to your venue. Many venues require this from every vendor before they'll allow load-in, so let me know your venue's contact and I'll handle it for you!

I bring duplicate backups for computers, mixers, and microphones directly to the venue. In the rare event of a hardware hiccup, a backup system is ready to swap in instantly so the music never skips a beat.
Yes! I primarily serve Long Island (Suffolk and Nassau County) with no additional travel cost, and I'm completely available for travel beyond it. For weddings far enough out to require an overnight stay, there's a flat $250 accommodation fee. Let me know where your venue is located during our consultation and we'll map out the logistics, so there are zero surprises on your invoice.
Two things: one dedicated 15-20 amp circuit within 25 feet of my setup area for outdoor receptions and a proper overhead shelter to protect the equipment from sun and weather. I'll coordinate directly with your venue ahead of time so this is confirmed long before the wedding day.
The all-white LED façade, towers, and custom-color ambient uplighting are included with the Gold and Diamond packages. If you love the look but Silver otherwise fits your needs, the all-white setup is available as a paid White Upgrade add-on. Silver receptions use my standard professional black setup, which is clean and photographs beautifully.
Cold sparks are included with the Diamond package, and all three effects can be added to any package. Dancing on the clouds creates a low-lying fog for your first dance so you appear to float, and the LED robots bring high-energy hype during peak dance sets.
