Every space at Atlantis needs a different setup
Couples often book one room for the ceremony and another for the reception. That means two complete rigs, not one moved twice. Here is how I handle each.
Riverside Pavilion
Outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hour on the Peconic. Wind and open air eat sound, so I run a dedicated ceremony system with a wireless lavalier on the officiant instead of relying on a single speaker.
Main Aquarium & Shark Room
The tanks make this the most photographed cocktail hour on the East End. No load-in here before 4pm, so my aquarium rig is staged and ready to roll the second the room clears.
Sea Star Ballroom
Your reception room. Uplighting along the perimeter changes this space more than anything else you can spend money on, and LED towers on the dance floor keep the energy visible in photos.

Booking a DJ at Atlantis
Do you carry the insurance Atlantis requires?
Yes. I provide a certificate of insurance naming Atlantis Banquets & Events as additional insured, submitted well ahead of their vendor deadline.
How early do you arrive?
Early enough that setup is finished and tested before your first guest walks in, and within whatever arrival window the venue sets for your date.
Can you MC in Spanish?
Native bilingual. Introductions, announcements and crowd work in both languages, switching naturally instead of repeating everything twice.
Do you cover Latin music?
Merengue típico, bachata, salsa, plus Hora Loca, Las Arras and Baile del Dinero handled properly, not as an afterthought.
What happens if equipment fails?
Backup sound, backup controllers and backup power come to every event. Your reception does not stop.
